Important: Wiser Minds is not a registered NDIS provider. Services are available to participants who are self-managed or plan-managed only. Agency-managed participants must access psychology through a registered NDIS provider. If you are unsure of your management type, check your NDIS plan or ask your support coordinator.

Common questions

Before you book

Are you a registered NDIS provider?+

No. Wiser Minds supports participants who are self-managed or plan-managed, which under NDIS rules does not require provider registration. Agency-managed participants need a registered provider.

Can you help with NDIS access requests?+

Yes. ADHD, autism and cognitive assessment reports are frequently used for NDIS access requests and plan reviews, and are written with NDIS assessors in mind.

Do you work with support coordinators?+

Yes. We liaise with support coordinators, provide progress reporting tied to plan goals, and welcome professional referrals through the contact page.

How is billing handled?+

Services are billed at NDIS price guide rates. Self-managed participants receive invoices directly; plan-managed participants can have invoices sent to their plan manager.
