Telehealth→Cognitive Assessment
Assessment of cognitive and intellectual functioning for NDIS, DSP and educational planning. Completed in person.

Wiser Minds works with self-managed and plan-managed participants. If you are self-managed, you arrange and claim the assessment yourself. If you are plan-managed, your plan manager settles the invoice on your behalf. We are happy to talk through how your particular funding can be used before anything is locked in.
