How it works
01

Check your plan management

Wiser Minds supports self-managed and plan-managed participants. Agency-managed participants need a NDIS registered provider.

02

Send an enquiry

Andrew talks through your plan goals, your funding category, and what an arrangement that suits you actually looks like.

03

Support aligned to your goals

Andrew ties sessions and reports to your plan goals, with progress reporting your support coordinator can use.

Why it works

Psychology that fits around Blacktown life

Western Sydney is big, the traffic is real, and time is tight. Flexible appointment options help take those barriers off the table.

Secure telehealth means no commute across Blacktown or the wider region, no time off work for travel, and access that does not depend on transport or mobility, and for most people video sessions are just as effective as sitting in the same room. Where it suits you better, appointments at the Blacktown office or mobile/in-home appointments in serviceable Western Sydney areas may also be available, depending on suitability and the type of support required. You and Andrew work out the right format together when you enquire.

Assessment

ADHD and autism assessment for Blacktown residents

A structured, unhurried process, and a report you can actually use, usually within two to four weeks.

Assessment combines a structured clinical interview, developmental history, validated rating scales, and collateral information from people who know you well. You then receive a clear written report, typically within two to four weeks, written to be understood rather than to gather dust. It can support an NDIS access request or plan reassessment, a GP or psychiatrist's review, workplace or study adjustments, and your own understanding of how you are wired. No referral is needed to enquire.

Funding

How NDIS funding works for psychology

Two clear pathways. Start with an enquiry so Andrew can review funding and service fit before arranging next steps.

If you are self-managed, invoices come to you directly. If you are plan-managed, invoices go to your plan manager. Rates and support items are confirmed before services begin. Plan-managed services are kept within the applicable current NDIS pricing limits. If you are agency-managed, you will need a NDIS registered provider, as Wiser Minds is not registered. Prefer to use Medicare instead of NDIS funding? Therapy is $121.55 a session, with a $101.55 rebate leaving $20 out of pocket when you have a GP Mental Health Treatment Plan.

Important: Wiser Minds is not a NDIS registered provider. Services are available to participants who are self-managed or plan-managed only. Agency-managed participants must access psychology through a NDIS registered provider. If you are unsure of your management type, check your NDIS plan or ask your support coordinator.
